At CUBE, we currently store over 400,000 boxes of records and documents in our specially built records-storage building. Hinge points on the internal steel structure allow for movement and flexibility in the event of an earthquake, thus reducing the amount of stress placed on the building.

Primary features of our Records Management and Storage service include:

  • 30,000 square feet of floor area combined with 27 foot shelving, thereby providing almost 1 million cubic feet of storage space
  • In-house inventory management, administered by a robust bar coding system that specifies the exact location of each box stored
  • All shipping and receiving conducted via a secure loading bay area
  • Our bonded courier service, available using our own fleet of vans for fast and reliable delivery
  • Humidity controls that are set to maintain humidity with a 3.5% variance and temperature with a variance of 5.5 degrees
  • Constant monitoring, checking for the presence of insects and vermin
